Refugee case Management
Due to language barriers, our community always need case Management in different areas of Life in America. Our Ministry help with navigating the system and applying for assistance in different areas such as Food stamps applications, Medicaid or Health Insurance, Housing applications, SSI applications .Referring them to Dr’s appointments, advocacy and facilitating the process.We believe that Healthy Families can better serve God.
